This policy applies to Hareksoul Confessions (confessions.hareksoul.com), an anonymous confessions platform. It does not cover the Hareksoul brand site or other Hareksoul products.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Confessions are anonymous by design. If you provide a name, it is displayed publicly alongside your submission. If you leave the name field blank, nothing identifying you is shown.
While we do not store your raw IP, please be aware that truly anonymous submissions require network-level precautions (e.g. VPN) that are outside our control.
All submissions go through a content moderation queue before appearing publicly. Submissions that violate our content guidelines are rejected and deleted.
We use browser local storage to remember which confessions you have liked. No tracking cookies or third-party ad networks are used.
Reasonable measures are taken to protect your information. Access to stored data is restricted to authorised Hareksoul team members only.
You can request deletion of a submission at any time by emailing support@hareksoul.com. We will respond within 7 days.
